AsraVenture is an independent, Bangladesh-based travel assistance agency. Our current website offers Indian application file preparation and appointment support. We are not affiliated with IVAC, any embassy, or any government authority.
The support available
Support may include guidance on the relevant checklist, help completing application information, file organisation, review for consistency, and assistance with the official appointment process. We confirm whether we can help with your particular case and agree on the scope before work begins.
An enquiry, website visit, or prepared WhatsApp message does not confirm eligibility, an appointment, or an agreement to provide a service.
Official requirements and decisions
Requirements, supported visa categories, appointment availability, and official procedures may change. Current instructions from the relevant authority take precedence over general information on this website.
We cannot guarantee an appointment, application acceptance, a processing time, or a visa outcome. These remain subject to the official systems and responsible authorities.
Your information and participation
You are responsible for providing accurate, genuine information and documents, reviewing your application details before submission, and completing any steps that require your participation or personal attendance. Our assistance does not replace official eligibility or submission requirements.
Appointments and availability
Appointment assistance is subject to eligible slots being available through the official process. A preferred date or location may not be available. Do not make non-refundable travel plans based only on an enquiry or an expectation of a slot.
Scope, charges, and changes
Any service charges, official fees, payment arrangements, and cancellation or refund terms must be confirmed directly before work begins. This website does not take payments. If your requirements change, ask us to confirm the revised scope and arrangements before proceeding.
Other services
Additional countries, tourism services, and Hajj services are not advertised as available at this launch. A service is available only when confirmed directly by our team.
